Problem
A dried-fish seller needed an online store where Bengali-speaking customers could browse packages and place orders with only a name, mobile number, and address — no account friction, cash on delivery nationwide.
Solution
Built a full Bengali e-commerce site with package and product catalog, lightweight checkout, order handling, and cash-on-delivery flow — backed by PostgreSQL and Redis for catalog and session layers.

- Designing a checkout path that works with minimal customer input while staying reliable for COD orders
- Structuring package vs single-product listings for mixed shutki inventory
- Shipping a fully Bengali UI without slowing the order path
